Helen Brown has served as Chair of the DECA National Advisory Board and member of the DECA Inc. Board of Directors from 2022-2024, serving as treasurer for 2023-2024. As a member of DECA's National Advisory Board, Helen has engaged with thousands of members and advisors at DECA's educational conferences at the association, regional and international levels.
Helen is the Academic Outreach Manager for Vector Marketing, where she currently oversees campus recruiting, academic philanthropies and an Academic Advisory Board in the U.S. and Canada. She began her career in Vector in 1991 as a Field Sales Manager while attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to her service with DECA, Helen is the former treasurer and president of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) and former co-chair of the Principles of Committee for the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Helen loves photography, traveling and helping young people realize their dreams.
