The 2024-2025 IMPACT Program awards, which show the dedication and hard work of our DECA members, were presented during the Business and Election Session at the International Career Development Conference in Orlando.
Congratulations to the Chartered Associations Officer Teams for submitting 59 entries across all categories to showcase their impact in their respective associations. All submissions showcase the hard work and commitment DECA members provide to our organization!
The IMPACT Program has five categories for recognition: Advocacy, Community Outreach, Innovations, Membership and Partner/Sponsor Outreach.

The Diamond Award, which is awarded to the region that had the greatest overall impact, went to the Southern Region!
