Apr 29, 2024

Principles of Marketing

You are to assume the role of an employee at Pat’s Club, a warehouse club that sells a wide variety of merchandise in large quantities. You must explain to a customer why they cannot shop at the store without purchasing a membership.

Pat’s Club is a warehouse club that sells a wide variety of merchandise in large quantities. The large quantities at value pricing attracts both bargain hunters and small business owners. Pat’s Club can keep prices low by requiring an annual membership fee.

A customer has tried to purchase items but does not have a Pat’s Club membership. A co-worker has called you over to explain the Pat’s Club policies and why membership is required.
