On-Site Information
Registration
You’ll register with your chartered association advisor at your hotel. There’s no need to register at the Orange County Convention Center.
However, DECA attraction tickets will be available for pickup in W206, and the Shop DECA Store will be open at the WB Lobby Reg Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center.
Grand Opening Session
The Grand Opening Session will feature the same highlights, including the annual parade of associations, Top 10 chapters, and a keynote speaker. All attendees must show the official conference name badge.
Absolutely no loitering will be allowed in the foyer of Hall WA1-WB1.
Conference Transportation
DECA will provide 15 transportation routes for easy and convenient connections between the hotels and the Orange County Convention Center and additional pre-purchased transportation for attractions. Know your route number and color to help you navigate your way.
OCCC Concessions
The Orange County Convention Center offers a variety of menu options for attendees. The full list of concession options can be found here. Please note the OCCC is cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Attraction Tickets
Most attraction tickets are sold out. All pre-order attraction tickets can be picked up in W206 during the following hours:
- Friday, April 25 | 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 26 | 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Sunday, April 27 | 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, April 28 | 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
DECA Quest
When not competing or participating in academies, make the most of your #DECAICDC experience with DECA Quest! Complete challenges in the digital scavenger hunt for your chance to earn prizes. The game will open on Saturday, April 26, at 8:00 a.m. and continue through the Grand Awards Session on Tuesday, April 30. Download the GooseChase app, then search for “DECA ICDC 2025 or search by game code X413K3.
Meet Exhibitors
Over 75 exhibitors are attending this year’s #DECAICDC! There is so much to learn and explore, from associations and universities to employment opportunities and fundraisers. Be sure to stop by booth 128 for the Adobe Make and Take to customize a sticker for a pocketbook!
The exhibit hall will be open on Sunday, April 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Monday, April 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Advisors are invited to a special advisors-only hour at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday. Don't miss out on the opportunity to network—your next big opportunity awaits!
