Looking for an easy way to get involved? Look no further! Hosted monthly by your Collegiate DECA Executive Officer team, One Diamond calls allow Collegiate DECA members to meet, network and learn together! Calls will cover various topics to aid your professional and personal development.
ENGAGE
Collegiate DECA’s Engage Conference challenges Collegiate DECA members to understand their career interests, skills and experiences and empower them to stand out among the competition. While in Kansas City, you’ll build your career, sharpen your leadership skills and experience what it takes to succeed in Collegiate DECA’s Competitive Events Program.
Corporate Challenges
Collegiate DECA’s Corporate Challenges provide members opportunities to demonstrate the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom through innovative challenges in partnership with several corporate partners. Each challenge has a unique focus and a specific set of required tasks.
Leadership Passport Program
The Collegiate DECA Leadership Passport Program encourages individual members, chapters and associations to plan activities and participate in events that enhance members’ experiences. The Leadership Passport Program rewards actions taken by members, chapters and associations that build personal and professional skill sets focused on helping members be academically prepared, community-oriented, professionally responsible and experienced leaders. Members, chapters and associations earning the various levels of passport success will be recognized at the Collegiate DECA International Career Development Conference.
Scholarships
DECA’s scholarship program provides over $200,000 in scholarships to high school and collegiate DECA members at the Collegiate DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) each year. DECA Inc. administers the program based on guidelines set by the donor. DECA scholarships are strictly merit-based.
Collegiate DECA ICDC
At the year’s final event, you’ll join 1,200 Collegiate DECA members in Austin to engage in competitive events, professional development academies, networking, and more at the Collegiate DECA International Career and Development Conference (ICDC). You can look forward to connecting with all the individuals you’ve met throughout the year and putting your skills to the test in your quest for DECA glass!
