DECA ICDC 2024 Attraction Ticket Options

Plan Ahead for #DECAICDC

As your DECA chapter heads to Anaheim for DECA’s International Career Development Conference, we’re here to make your experience as easy as possible! DECA is coordinating a package of attraction ticket offerings with these benefits:

Purchase and pick up your tickets to multiple parks in one transaction
Take advantage of significant savings from gate prices
Pay DECA directly as your one vendor
Get access to exclusive tickets not available to the general public or available at the gate
With reservations required at Disneyland parks, DECA has booked a significant number of tickets in advance.

Because quantities are limited and association conferences span from January to March, DECA will release tickets on February 15, February 29 and March 19 at 1:00 p.m. ET. This will also help us monitor demand to work with the theme parks to secure additional tickets, if possible.‍

Chapter advisors will be able to see the option in the DECA Online Membership System to purchase ICDC Attraction Tickets only once their association conference begins.

The deadline to pre-order tickets, if still available, is April 3 at 4:00 p.m. ET. Any remaining tickets will be available on-site while quantities remain. Payment must be received at DECA by April 15.

DISNEYLAND RESORT

You must purchase the ticket by park, by day and by ticket type. Unfortunately, because of the park reservation requirement, changes cannot be made, and these tickets are non-refundable. Quantities are limited.

This ticket allows you to enter the park at 4:00 p.m. or four hours before the park closes, whichever is longer based on park hours.

DECA Night at Disney California Adventure® Park

Monday, April 29 | 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m

$120 (Gate: Not available)

This special ticket gives DECA members access to Disney California Adventure® Park during these hours, including exclusive time in the park only for DECA members after the park closes to the public. Many of your favorite attractions will be open, as well as dining and retail operations. Ticket does not include a meal voucher. Ticket is only valid during the date and time noted. Non-refundable. Limited quantities.

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD®

Universal Studios Hollywood | 1 Day Park Ticket

Only Universal Studios Hollywood tests the limits of absolute awesome with incredible, movie-based thrills and adventure you can’t find anywhere else in L.A. No one else creates a day filled with so much fun and excitement. It’s all at Universal Studios Hollywood, the best day in L.A.

Universal Studios Hollywood requires at least one (1) chaperone to accompany the student group visiting the park.

Please note: this ticket does not provide access to DECA Night on Monday, April 29. If you attend Universal Studios Hollywood on Monday, April 29 with this ticket, you must exit the park at normal park closing time, unless you also purchase the DECA Night ticket.

DECA Night at Universal Studios Hollywood

Monday, April 29 | 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

$115 (Gate: Not available)

This special ticket gives DECA members access to Universal Studios Hollywood during these hours, including exclusive time in the park only for DECA members after the park closes to the public. Many of your favorite attractions will be open, as well as dining and retail operations. A DJ will play your favorite songs and there will be opportunities for character meet and greets. Ticket will include a $25 meal voucher. Ticket is only valid during the date and time noted. Non-refundable. Limited quantities.

Universal Studios Hollywood requires at least one (1) chaperone to accompany the student group visiting the park.

Please note: If you wish to enter the park earlier than 4:00 p.m. on Monday you must also purchase a Universal Studios Hollywood 1 Day Park Ticket.

Optional Transportation - $56 per person, roundtrip. Shuttles will depart your designated pick-up location (hotel or convention center) beginning at 3:00 p.m. and leave every 30 minutes until 5:30 p.m. Busses will begin returning to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. with the last busses leaving at 11:30 p.m.

ANGELS BASEBALL

Angels Baseball tickets must be booked directly with Angels Baseball through the online link. DECA will not purchase nor distribute Angels Baseball tickets and is only providing the opportunity to purchase the discounted tickets with Angels Baseball.

$3 of every ticket sold goes towards DECA to continue enhancing programs and services. For Wheelchair Seating, please choose any available "Wheelchair-Semi Ambulatory" seating areas. For groups of 20 or more, please contact Angel Rodriguez at angel.rodriguez@angels.com.
