This program offers specialized tracks on leadership development, entrepreneurship and professional growth, featuring interactive workshops. Members gain valuable insights into teamwork, communication and problem-solving, helping them build confidence and prepare for future success.

Executive Officer Candidate Meet and Greet

Though not an event, DECA ICDC pin-trading is a long-standing tradition that promotes networking. Members from across the globe trade their association’s unique pins for the year, showcasing how we are all #OneDECA.
